Very good ice cream but very slow service

You can't go wrong with Buster's!!! You cannot be depressed and eat icecream at the same time!!!

We always get amazing service when we come. Thank you! Highly recommended the brownie fudge sundae with double choco chunk ice cream and mint choco chip!

Brusters portion sizes are HUGE. If you are looking to get a large, you should change it to small, because a large is the size of a small elephant. In my opinion the large sizes are great, and it’s not too pricey either. My favorite flavor is the white turtle, which is vanilla ice cream with caramel and pecans. The only reasons I would give it a four star instead of a five star is because the atmosphere is not even close to as good as the product. The tables are always sticky, and the employees often don’t pick up trash around the building. Also, I went once and they closed at 7 o’clock instead of 7 30. All in all it is delicious, but they have a bit of work to do to make it perfect.

Good ice cream

Everybody was saying they wanted REAL Ice Cream. It says it in their name. Really smooth and creamy ice cream. Great sherbet. Not a bad flavor in the building.

Brusters has something for the whole family. Not a whole lot of shade at this particular location if it is really hot out. But, they do have a couple of umbrellas to help depending on which way the sun is coming from. This location always has good service and good products. The only draw back is if the wind is coming from the wrong direction you can get a whiff of the local sewage treatment plant. Luckily, the wind usually blows the other way. I particularly like the Chocalate Rasberry Trouffle.

Sooo good. I regret not signing up for the rewards program. But I will next time.

Would never eat here again. Not because the ice cream is bad. But because they treat their employees terribly. They don’t pay them anything and then put them on the schedule but then will tell them hours before their shift “don’t worry about coming in this week. We aren’t going to be busy.” I know an employee who hasn’t worked in 3 weeks but was scheduled because “they aren’t going to be busy” Ridiculous.

This place brings back great memories.The folks working there currently are friendly and efficient.

Always a good time at Brusters. Great service. They always dish out so much ice cream. Love the coupons that I received in the mail. And I love the fact my smallest gets a free baby cone (any kid under 40"). So much better on the budget than Dairy Queen.

The ice cream is delicious, but I'm giving this Brusters a three. I had a $5 dollar off reward, which was being saved for a special occasion. The lady used the reward anyway, even though I told her I did not want to use the reward.

Really not much more to say; it's Bruster's Ice Cream! It's incredible! It's the best! Chocolate Raspberry Truffle is so good!

Ice cream is made on site daily. The shake sizes are definitely bigger than DQ's shakes for about the same money.

Took my daughter to use a gift card she recently received. As we were at the window deciding what to get, no one ever asked if we needed any help or would like to try anything. Another couple walked up and was assisted right away! If my daughter didn't have her heart set on using her gift card I would have left then, but I'm definitely not going back after this disappointing experience!

Well, I hadn't had any lunch. I was with an older gentleman who had also not eaten lunch. We decided to be bad. We had ice cream for our lunch. It was awesome! Thoroughly delicious lunch and it got food into the elderly gentleman without an argument or issue. Fixed things in so many ways. The customer service was excellent, we sat out to get some vitamin D, and the table was very close to where we parked in the disabled spot.

Fresh delicious hot fudge sundae, enjoyed with my special guy, greeting neighbors as we sat out under a mild evening sunset. Sigh*

The website said they were opened until 10, we got there a little after 9pm and the guy working helped us, was super nice, and helpful. I then noticed the sign said they closed at 9. I apologized to him, and he made us our ice cream treats anyway.

I had the peanut butter buckeye ice cream and it is fantastic. Everything looked fresh and smelled so good! I wanted to try so many things.

We received incredible customer service here today. The woman working was so courteous and anticipated our needs beautifully. Will absolutely return in the future.

First time visitor, enjoyed some very good ice cream. Peeking through the window you could see maybe 8 long deep freezers with at least 4 or 5 varieties on each side - far more choices than typical chain place! We had choc/pbtr with buckeyes and a caramel of some kind, both great. A little pricey at $8 for 2 single scoops but small business is tough, worth the money.

Great flavors to choose from. Friendly workers. There isn't an indoor option so be prepared to wait in the weather. But it's worth it.
